Hey, today I am here with another story that takes you through a relationship between a dad and his little girl. Apart from that, you can see here a man living his life to the fullest after breaking some stereotypes around him which led him to have a successful life.

So now let us go through that from the perspective of the little woman.

When I was a kid my mom used to tell me “if anyone asks you about the occupation of your dad tell them he is doing business,” maybe my mother does not want me to get embarrassed in front of my classmates and teachers but then I started thinking "what is wrong with doing something you like to do". My dad comes from a highly reputed family, he owns an automobile and he is a mechanic. There is nothing wrong with that I have heard my grandmother telling things like “When he dropped engineering, I would have got mad at him and made him study, now look at him "

I still remember my dad coming to pick me from school with untidy clothes, greasy hands he never makes me wait for him. What is the problem with 'being a mechanic', he is doing well and he is proud of being that? Though I was not good at studying he taught me in an ISC English medium school whenever I earned fewer marks, he used to tell me “you can do it next time.” Even going for a thousand tuitions too I somehow managed to earn some marks in my board exam then to he said nothing. When I told him I want to go for this, he told me you can go for anything you want; he is not just the best father he is my best friend, confidante he is my everything. Only due to his demanding work, we are living a luxurious life. When I have a father like this why should I feel lesser to others just because my dad is not doing a white-collar job?

Now whenever someone asks me about his job, I tell them ‘My dad is a mechanic’ then either they look at me with a mocking attitude or with a feeling pity attitude.’ Anyway, I do not care both I will look them back with a ‘My dad buys me my favorite pastries every day'.

This blog is special to me because the "little girl" mentioned here is none other than me and yes, it is all about my dad.
